I am a Realtor in Palo Alto, California. Palo Alto is in Silicon Valley and adjacent to Stanford University.

Besides being a Realtor, I have a PhD in Computer Science and worked as a techie for about 20 years. I use my technical skills to help clients by gathering and analyzing data in ways few real estate agents do. I look for the meaning in data, and how that can be used to help my clients. While data is often discussed in the real estate business, often with pretty charts and pictures, it is often misunderstood. Perhaps not surprising, as many agents are not “math people,” but I am.

My work style is no-pressure and no-hassle. I will not perform “lead capture” on you by giving a little information and then withholding the rest until you supply contact information. I do not want to trick you or pressure you into giving me anything. For things requiring contact info, for example email notifications, I will respect your privacy and treat your personal information with respect.
